How do i know if a girl is playing hard to get?

i asked the girl i liked out. but she said she did not want to go out with anyone for a lil while and i accepted that and i won't ask again but she keeps flirting with me like poking me and saying she didn't do it and tugs my hair. she gave me her cell # and i didn't ask. so what is she doing? i mean i like her cause she has the personality of an angel i have alot in common with her and she is beautiful and i would do anything for her. but what is going on she is so hard to figure out.How do i know if a girl is playing hard to get?
She Probably doesn't want you to think that shes into you right away..instead she wants you to think shes not ez either, so right now she got her game on and i wouldn't worry to much about not getting with her in terms of dating..but with the flirting of course its a no brainer thats shes into you. take the cell phone # for example its to get to know you more..and shes half expecting you to call, so shes not going to establish emotional connection just yet, by getting to know you first shes playing it kewl, so go along with it have a good time and let her make her decision weather or not she want to be just freinds or ..have a realationship, i mean to a girl thats what playing hard to get is..having time to determine weather its a relationship or a freindship..so..i'd say ..don't worry about it so much.How do i know if a girl is playing hard to get?

She might just see you as a friend, and not as a boyfriend so that' s why she said that and also she doesn't want you to get hurt.

maybe she is just not ready to be ur girlfriend yet or maybe she is just not ready for a commitment.
it depends on your age group. but just try asking her again and if you get the same answer just say their is plenty of more girls in the world than you or just tell her how you fee about her
I feel she's attracted to you against her better judgment /you are not her type you confuse the girl,but she cant fight her attraction to you (we sometimes dint get to choose the one we fall in love with) You will spur her into action if u ignore her like you ';got the message';, and if she gets her head out of her *** she'll come running.
