I would suggest that you flirt with her when in person, but don't call her and don't ask her out. Wait until she starts flirting back and just take it slow. After a couple weeks she will be flirting hard enough that she thinks you are just talking smack, buth then, POW! You lay a good kiss on her. Then ask her if she will go out with you or what ever.

Please dont. I dont go out with guys that dont flirt with me. Im definately too insecure to make the moves (as most girls are). If you want the girl to like you, flirt. Dont be clingy, but dont ignore her. Get her number and then dont call/text for a few days (drives me crazy... but works). Dont always say hey when you see her, but dont ignore her too much (that makes you look rude).



Definately dont flirt with other girls around her, that hurts feelings and truely is a turn off!
