ok if a girl is playing hard to get either she wants you attention and wants you to chase her or... she just is ignoring you. But if she is playing hard to get and wants you to notice her, then just always go up to her and be nice to her. Flirt, text the usual make sure she knows you like her so she doesnt end up liking some1 else.
do not show any signs of despair (such as clinginess and neediness) and remain strong, but make sure she knows your feelings and wait and see. if she still doesn't care after some time, when you feel it's getting pointless to wait longer, move on

well usually if she's ignoring you then it means that she is ignoring you and does not want to keep in contact with you at the moment.. I would say just ask her if she wants to hangout because that is the best way to actually know how the other person feels.. and if you're going to hangout with her then just go with her without including any excessive people in the group!!!
